We provide creative direction, photography, film production and related visual services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate agreement for each project.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — images, film, text and branding — belongs to Basanto Studio and its members, and is protected by applicable copyright law. Usage rights on commissioned work are defined project by project, in the agreement that covers it.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Who publishes this site

Basanto Studio is a collective of independent creative professionals working between Mexico City and Paris. Projects are contracted directly with the members involved rather than through a single company. Any question, including a legal one, can be sent to the address below.
