1. What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and — where you choose to fill them in — your company, an indicative budget and a timeline. There is no newsletter, no account to create, and nothing is gathered in the background.
2. What we do with it
We read it and we reply to it. That is the whole purpose. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and you will not receive anything you did not ask for.
3. Who else sees it
Sending a message necessarily involves the services that carry it: Resend delivers the email, Vercel hosts this site, and the mailbox that receives it is a Google one. Nobody else has access, and none of these providers uses your message for their own purposes.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or fingerprinting scripts. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.
5. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — including a message you sent us and later thought better of. Write to the address below; there is no form to fill in.
6. Who is responsible
Basanto Studio is a collective of independent professionals working between Mexico City and Paris rather than a single registered company. The people responsible for your data are therefore the studio's founders, reachable at the address below.
